This  safari provides a fantastic chance to witness the baby elephants being fed bottle milk, see the new born elephants having fun in the mud while caretakers gives you a lecture about each on of them, including their names and the circumstances behind their orphanage and pose for pictures with the baby elephants.

ITINERARY 

  • Our driver will pick you up from your accommodation for the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage Day Tour.
  • Arrive at the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, proceed to the staging area, to confirm payment of entry fee.
  • The public lecture at the Sheldrick elephant orphanage begins with the feeding of almost twenty baby elephants with milk from plastic bottles. Along the rope line, the new-born elephants will also play with a ball and near the waterholes.
  • Head back to your accommodation after leaving the Daphne Sheldrick elephant orphanage.

The Kazuri beads factory, Kitengela glass, Karen Blixen Museum, Giraffe Centre, Nairobi national park, Nairobi safari walk, Carnivore restaurant, Bomas of Kenya, Matt bronze gallery, and Utamaduni souvenir shop are just a few of the surrounding attractions you might choose to include on this tour.
